Closing an Account
How do I close my account?
Log on to your account under the MY ACCOUNT section using your account information and Password and click the Account Profile link on the left-hand side of the page. Select "Close My Account", and complete the form provided. Return the completed form along with your E-ZPass® Tag(s) associated with this account to the address listed on the form. Failure to return the Tag(s) may result in a Lost Tag Fee per unreturned Tag as described in the E-ZPass® Terms and Conditions.

If you do not have your account information, please do the following:

  • Verify there are no outstanding violations on your account.*

  • Click on this link to download the necessary form: Close Account Form

  • Follow the directions on the form and include all requested information.

  • Mail Close Account Form and E-ZPass® Tag(s) to:

*All outstanding violations must be satisfied before an account can be closed. To verify there are no outstanding violations on your account, select the "Violations" link and follow directions to satisfy any outstanding violations, or call 1-800-333-TOLL (8655)
